Lacustre paints an observational portrait of landscape that is untethered from discernible chronologies and ornative arcs; instead bearing witness to the temporalities of land and labor while focusing our gaze towards an everyday life that faces the complexities of climate, ecological and industrial change within this lacustrine region.
Lacustre es un documental que se desarrolla en la Laguna de Zapotlán, Jalisco, el cual en una inspección muy cercana, observa y nos describe el paisaje sin narrativas o ataduras formales. En cambio, la película dirige la mirada y puntualiza hacia una vida cotidiana que se enfrenta a las complejidades del cambio climático, ecológico e industrial dentro de esta región lacustre.
