Paolo Zuñiga is a filmmaker based between the US and Mexico. His work blends fiction and documentary, using personal stories to explore the fluidity of identity, memory, and landscape. Through these narratives, he examines the shifting nature of experience and place.
He holds a BA in Anthropology from San Diego State University and an MFA in Visual Arts from UC San Diego. His work has been featured at festivals and galleries such as TamecineFest (Colombia), Cine Tonalá Tijuana (Mexico), Mingei International Museum, UCLA New Wight Gallery, Echo Park Film Center, Working Title Film Festival (Italy), and the San Diego Underground Film Festival, among others.
